JOB SUMMARY
General Store Associates are actively involved with NOC's guest experience and are oftentimes, the first point of contact for many of our on-site guests. This guest facing role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while answering questions and assisting with lodging check-in and General Store purchases. In addition, General Store Associates must be proactive in helping our guests and are also expected to help stock product and ensure a clean and safe work environment. This position is classified as seasonal and NOC is looking for individuals that can join us for our upcoming 2025 season. These positions will start between March and April of 2025 depending on business need. Hours will vary week to week based on business demands. Our peak season at NOC is from Memorial Day to Labor Day but this job can potentially run through the end of the year based on staffing needs.
