Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities






The Front Office Manager is responsible for delivering a guest experience that creates customer satisfaction and improves acquisition, retention and loyalty.  This position plans and develops guest focused programs, oversees the resolution of guest concerns; and facilitates the delivery of quality, clean, and safe facilities, amenities and services.  This position works cohesively with property department heads/managers to identify and positively affect improvements and changes in processes and procedures; and will also interact in both one-on-one and group settings, leading teams and liaising with different levels of management on the regional and corporate level.  The Front Office Manager is an integral member of the Ka’anapali Ali’i management team, ensuring the highest levels of guest services through the application of all Ka’anapali Ali’i standards, policies and procedures.









Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree in travel industry management or 5 years of hotel/vacation rental experience with 2 years in supervisory/managerial capacity. Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality software is a plus
  • Previous Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high level of customer service
  • Previous Guest Relations Management or Front Office Management in a hotel or vacation rental condo environment required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
