Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events throughout the year from start to finish. This role involves managing all aspects of our travel industry events including timelines, budgets, logistics, and communications to deliver both in-person and virtual experiences. The Events Manager will work closely with the Director of Events and internal teams to ensure seamless, successful and impactful events. **In-Office/Hybrid - Delray Beach, FL)
Responsibilities:

Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules aligning with client goals and meeting objectives.

Manage event budgets, balancing quality with cost-efficiency.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Coordinate venue setup, catering, AV, accommodations and other logistics.
- Oversee registration, ticketing, and communications.

Collect feedback and assess event outcomes.
- Ability to travel monthly as required.
