Key Responsibilities:

 

E-COMMERCE

·       Develop & create assets for various EC platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin etc) in liaison with cross functional teams (incl. sales, marketing & commercial teams). Assets include banners, Product Detail Pages, video & visual materials, key visuals for certain promotions etc.

·       Work closely with EC sales to optimize assets based on performance media results.

·       Develop & work closely with sales team on livestreaming brand guideline to ensure brand premiumness & positioning are adhered in live streaming

 

BRAND MARKETING

·       Develop and implement impactful digital marketing campaigns to increase brand/new product exposure & consideration, and driving traffic to relevant online platforms / offline stores

·       Support brand campaigns planning & executions when it comes to digital marketing.  

 

 

OTHERS

·       Provide local consumer insights to APAC PD/Marketing team

·       Manage and control marketing budget

·       Manage & coach agencies

 

Other key partners for interaction: China EC Sales leader, China EC manager, China marketing – brand & trade; APAC Commercial Team, GM of APAC, external brand/trade marketing agencies, and retailers/distributors

 

Skills and Experience: 

·       Proven track record driving multiple streams of work – from brief through creative development to execution

·       Knowledge and insight of local market and consumer needs; knowledge and experience of local mechanism and EC platforms

·       Proven track record of assets creation & optimization on EC platforms and douyin.

·       Knowledge of performance media on EC platforms

·       Experience managing people, agencies, and budgets

·       Strong collaborator, result/solution-driven, resilient, effective communicator in Chinese and in English– both verbal & written

·       Ability to extract insights from multiple data sources, and make informed, strategic recommendations

 

Education and Requirements: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, literature, or related field

·       5-7 years marketing experience, preferably with consumer goods/lifestyle brands/retail background, with a specific emphasis in brand strategy, digital/social media marketing, marketing campaigns, trade marketing or agency roles
