Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide tailored travel solutions and recommendations based on client preferences.
• Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, destination information, and current industry trends.
• Utilize booking systems and online tools to manage reservations and communicate effectively.
• Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and confirm itineraries with clients.
• Resolve any issues that arise related to travel bookings in a timely manner.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in travel booking or a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and travel management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
