What you will be doing:

The Documentation Control PLS Project Coordinator will lead documentation control activities related to coordination management of change orders around Beauty Tools and Liquids in relation to marketing, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and more. This role will also assist in the implementation and maintenance of robust documentation control systems, perform training and support of these systems on an ongoing basis.

  • Manage change orders and doc control activities

  • Support Program Managers and Project Engineers in the execution of technical and non-technical projects and corresponding documentation

  • Coordinate the communication between internal and external resources and suppliers

  • Lead overseas meetings to manage projects/programs

  • Creation of Finished Good Bill of Materials (BOMs) within Agile

  • Work with multi-functional teams to ensure accurate release of information (documents, artwork, etc.)

  • Run reports as needed for outstanding tasks like ECOs, DCO’s, etc.

  • Build, update, review, and develop Document Control standard operating procedures and supporting work instructions based in ISO standards and FDA Quality System Regulations

  • Create and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instruction

  • Manage additional department requirements as needed

  • Onsite 3rd Audit and internal audit support as needed

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Ability to prioritize different tasks, meet deadlines and manage expectations accordingly across various departments

  • Able to handle a diverse team, work proactively in a team environment and with our manufacturing suppliers across different countries and time zones

  • Must be detail oriented and have good follow-through skills

  • Ability to learn quickly on the job

  • Strong technical writing ability

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Able to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle E-business Suite, and Agile PLM software

  • Flexibility is a must

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in either a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years supporting engineering technical project and documentation

  • 1+ years’ experience with documentation control standard operating procedures

  • 1+ years’ experience in training teams on process and supporting audits

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
