Position Overview

Stanley 1913 is seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our US marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. This role will manage creative execution, marketing strategy, brand marketing, and category marketing for the US market. Based in Seattle, WA, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, growth, and consumer engagement across the US market.


What You'll Do

  • Implement and execute marketing strategies aligned with Stanley 1913's brand vision and US business objectives.
  • Ensure creative execution and brand messaging consistency across US platforms and consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage marketing programs targeting customers throughout their journey, from awareness to loyalty.
  • Execute brand marketing initiatives and category marketing plans to strengthen Stanley 1913's position in US markets.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve department goals.
  • Plan and execute US marketing campaigns that connect with local consumers while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and ecommerce to support business objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across US customer touchpoints.

  • An effective people manager with demonstrated success in leading and developing marketing teams.
  • An analytical thinker who uses data to inform marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • A tactical marketer with experience managing full-funnel campaigns and measuring ROI.


Experience and Education

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years of management experience in brand marketing or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing US marketing campaigns across brand, category, and digital channels.
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Consumer goods industry experience preferred.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
