Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Program Management to lead business and technical programmatic aspects of our supply chain initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects to completion, optimizing operations and ensuring alignment and execution of business goals.


This role will be a core member within the Supply Chain Operations leadership team and will engage cross functionally to represent Supply Chain and communicate and ensure on-time delivery capabilities.




What You'll Do



  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain program management function, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility. Develop framework for program management of end-to-end Supply Chain network and ensure successful launches.

  • Program Management Function: Lead the execution of programmatic initiatives, encompassing both technical and business aspects, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsible for ensuring scope of work, and specifications / requirements are appropriately identified, developed and run across functions such as Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing, Transportation and Fulfillment.

  • Cross Functional: Work with team members across multiple departments to drive initiatives and address operational challenges in Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, and consumer Product Development.

  • Technical and Business Integration: Lead projects that require a deep understanding of both technical systems and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, encouraging a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

  • Travel up to 20%




Education and Experience



  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field

  • MBA preferred

  • 10 + years of experience in Supply chain program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, fulfillment, manufacturing, and technical systems integration.

  • Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to anticipate headwinds/ tailwinds in the industry

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

  • Project Management Certification: PMP or SAFe Certification

  • Agile practitioners preferred.




Salary Range


$180,000 - $200,000 annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
