Responsible for driving, facilitating, and executing the commercial business strategy to support the Group Segment and Corporate Business Travel market, specifically through the Outrigger Business Connection and TMCs. This role includes the development and effective solicitation of new sales prospects, as well as the establishment and nurturing of client relationships to close business deals and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a successful sales professional with a proven track record and reputation in the upscale/hotel sector. They will bring a proactive sales approach, focusing on uncovering new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships in Hawaii. Additionally, the candidate will have a deep understanding of strategic selling and will be skilled in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing Outrigger customers. Key responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, activities, and programs that support the achievement of established sales, revenue targets, and business goals across the global portfolio, with a particular emphasis on the group and business transient segments.
Minimum Requirements
Five (5) years of previous sales experience within Travel Industry. Bachelor degree in related field or comparable technical training preferred. Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Delphi.
