What will you do?
Campaign management: Develop, implement and manage metasearch campaigns across metasearch engines (like Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago and Kayak) and PPC and PMax campaigns on search engines (Google, Bing).
Bid management: Optimize bid strategies to ensure cost-effective ad placements while maximizing the campaign goals or the customer commercial objectives.
Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using our product (Click, our Saas advertising platform) or platforms such as Google Ads.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders and lead business reviews (QBRs) with customers and top channels.
Account management:
Act as a liaison between our product (Click, our SaaS advertising platform) and our customers (the marketing teams at top hotel brands) to ensure they are using our product in an effective and successful manner and to drive customer satisfaction, retention and build a long-term relationship.
Oversee the planning and delivery of their digital marketing campaigns (for self-serve customers) in order to provide recommendations and advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Support customers to leverage our advertising platform and its advanced models to drive bookings and revenue at maximum ROI through efficient marketing campaigns
What do we need?
2+ years of professional experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
Experience with metasearch platforms (e.g., Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago) is highly desirable.
Professional experience managing clients and client accounts is highly desirable.
Data driven, with strong analytical skills, you are able to design appropriate tests/analysis to identify business opportunities
Excellent communication (oral, written) and presentation skills
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Presentation
Experience with website analytics tools a plus (Google Analytics for instance)

Experience identifying business needs to design new products and services
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
