Oversee the End User Device ecosystem, ensuring seamless hardware and software deployment, integrating diverse on-premise and cloud applications, and maintaining efficient patch cycles to keep everything running smoothly

  • Maintains broad understanding of various types of hardware and software, including Mobile, Desktop, and Networking environments and Operating Systems.

  • Manages all standards for device imaging/deployment for both Desktop and Mobile computing.

  • Manages all aspects of hardware/software asset management systems, including patch deployment and software deployment catalogs.

  • Administers user-facing cloud applications.

  • Evaluates and recommends modifications to processes for improvements; participates effectively in team assignments.

  • Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work.

  • Works with IT vendors as needed.

  • Interacts in a cross-team capacity to meet customer and organizational needs.

  • Provides 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends as per schedule.

  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years’ experience in an IT Support or Device Management role

  • Experience with Intune, JAMF, and other Configuration/Asset Management systems preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
