POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a CRNA to work 26 weeks per year with full-time benefits, opposite the other CRNA. The surgical services team is extremely collegial and dedicated to high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. The surgery department is open Mon-Thurs, has two surgical suites, and offers general surgery, podiatry, orthopedic surgery, and endoscopy- approximately 450 outpatient cases per year. No OB. The schedule, while flexible, is generally two weeks on and two weeks off and is coordinated with the CRNA partner. During work weeks, the CRNA is on call for after-hours emergencies. The average callback is 3-5 every two weeks. Candidates should have at least 5 years of CRNA experience, be comfortable working as a solo practitioner with no anesthesia backup and no critical care unit, and be committed to contributing positively to a collaborative, cohesive team.
