Responsibilities:- Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Record and analyze business transactions using QuickBooks.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations.
- Β Prepare and present financial statements.
- Lead the month-end closing process and prepare adjusting entries.
- Collaborate with external auditors.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and accounting regulations.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to optimize costs.
Qualifications:- CPA certification and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (Travel Industry experience a plus)
- Significant experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
