Responsibilities






  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity, ensuring strict adherence to policies, implementing effective therapeutic interventions, and championing our unique Embark clinical approach.
  • Lead and guide the clinical team with authority and compassion, overseeing the collection of outcome measures, providing adept crisis management support, and ensuring meticulous documentation practices.
  • Foster regular collaboration with the onsite treatment team, clients, and parents to maintain a seamless and client-centric care environment.
  • Develop and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures that not only support operational metrics but elevate them to new heights, working in close partnership with the Executive Director.
  • Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Play a pivotal role in recruiting and retaining top clinical talent, leveraging your expertise to assemble a high-performing team dedicated to our mission.
  • Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential for providing exceptional patient care.
  • Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.








Qualifications






Minimum requirement: Masters Degree: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related discipline.

  • Fully licensed to practice therapy in the State of NJ. (Must be licensed for a minimum of 2 years)
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent.
  • (3) years of hands-on experience in operations/management/director of a clinical team.
  • (2) year of proven supervisory experience and/or demonstrated ability in building and leading a team of licensed and associate therapists.
  • (2) years of experience as a licensed therapist, providing individual, family, and group therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients and families, with a deep understanding of the intersectionality of marginalized identities.
  • Mental health therapists with specialization or experience in providing adolescent, teen, young adult and OCD treatment.
  • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • (3) years of experience with medium to high acuity populations, preferably in inpatient, residential, and/or IOP/PHP settings.
