C208 Pilot

PURPOSE STATEMENT
Wilderness Air Namibia is part of a multi-national operation that operates a fleet of Cessna 210’s and Cessna Grand Caravans, chosen for their ability to transport visitors to remote wilderness destinations. Wilderness Air is proud to be the air partner of Wilderness Safaris, a responsible ecotourism and conservation company with private access to the finest wilderness and wildlife areas of southern Africa. Wilderness Air is privileged to fly into some of the most pristine wilderness areas in and around Namibia. We believe that flying is an integral part of each guest’s travel experience and that our pilots’ passion and professionalism can make a genuine contribution to journeys that change lives. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals with a passion and proven experience in the aviation field. The applicants will be based in Windhoek and will travel into remote areas frequently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a valid Commercial pilot license
• Level 6 English proficiency
• C208 Rating

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 950 hrs total flight time
• Instructors rating and experience is an added advantage.
• Turbine experience is an added advantage.
• Experience flying in Namibia is an added advantage

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Customer service skills
• Must have leadership skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency with MS Office
