Β Job Description:

About The Company:

Mallard Bay Outdoors is an Airbnb-style marketplace where sportsmen and guides can connect, transact, and book hunting and fishing trips on a frictionless online platform. Mallardbay.com also provides back-office solutions to help these businesses showcase their trips, manage their books, and accept payments - all in one place!

Our platform aims to bring the predominantly offline and highly fragmented market of discovering, comparing, and booking hunting and fishing trips to a single frictionless marketplace.

We have been scaling rapidly since our launch in 2021 and grew overall booking volume by over 600% in 2023. Now, we have over 400 guides on our platform across 40+ states and several different countries. We help facilitate trips for thousands of sportsmen each year across a wide range of pursuits including waterfowl, western big game, whitetail, offshore fishing, and more. Come join our team and gain real-world experience in a fast paced startup environment.
