Position Purpose: Establishes and maintains appropriate SKU/Store inventory levels by effectively employing systems, tools, process and standardized reporting as well as strategic input from cross functional partners in support of sales forecasts. Successfully manages product lifecycle, achieves designated exit dates, interprets store feedback regarding selling patterns/demographics, and provides analytical insight as the means of supporting the successful implementation of L.L. Bean's and Inventory Management's strategic objectives. Learns and contributes independently, mentored by others.

About the role:
Manages part of the business employing approved processes, controls and reporting; assigned product categories with low to medium complexity.
Demonstrates understanding and appropriate use of BlueYonder Fulfillment Replenishment and Dynamic Allocations functionality, supporting the store order construct.
Supports and understands retail inventory strategies and successfully learns to interpret Merchandising and Visual intent.
Maintains accuracy in Replenishment, New to Floor, and New Store Fit-Up orders for assigned category.
Drives the identification of patterns and relationships in data to break through high level of detail. Maintains an objective view of findings; formulates conclusions and summarizes clearly.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying & managing business trends versus reacting to issues.
Supports department leadership and collaborates with cross-functional team members to ensure channel deliverables are met.
Prioritizes and implements the day to day execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Understands and participates in change as needed to achieve financial and business goals.
About you:
Education Level: 4-Year Bachelors Degree
English Level: Advanced (C1)
