Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist Create and execute Stanley's regional marketing strategy - prioritizing

communication planning, social media excellence and new product launch support for

both online and in-store experience.

 

  • Partnering with Global Creative team, ensure relevant and impactful brand assets are

deployed properly to APAC region through internal teams and distributor partners, lead

the creative asset development process in region when needed.

  • Partnering with APAC Product Creation team, develop and execute effective marketing

strategy and communication plan for priority products.

  • Plan and execute regional always-on social media plan/execution, developing dynamic

communication plan to drive brand/product momentum.

  • Constantly keep pause on APAC consumers/social media trends, including competitor

activities, actively sharing Global and regional teams, recommending and implementing

plans influenced by the trend.

 


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong logic reasoning and analytical skills for strategic planning.
  • Effective communicator in English and in Chinese - both verbal & written.
  • Strong presenter - able to persuasively communicate new creative concepts/campaign

ideas to both internal and external teams.

 

 

Education and Requirements:

  • 4+ years marketing experience, preferably with premium global lifestyle brands, with

specific emphasis in marketing communication, PR/social media/digital marketing

management, and new product go-to-market excellence.

  • Strong affiliation with the youth culture/fashion trends across the APAC region.

Understand how to translate trend and consumer insights into communication and

collaborative story telling.

  • Past successful experience working for Global brands with frequent

communication/collaboration with overseas global and cross-region teams is a must.

  • Possesses a genuine passion for building a brand/business through connecting with

target consumers with brand & products.
