POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Associate Digital Marketing Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience in managing client requests and translating those requests to relevant tickets for design, user experience (UX), content, and development. This role will be responsible for coordinating tasks that align with business objectives, communication with internal and external teams on ticket tasks, and ensuring the timely delivery of completed tickets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
General Responsibilities
- Project Management: Coordination the end-to-end project management process, including intake of new task requests, determining task priority, and developing timelines for ticket tasks.
- Client Communcation: Communicate well with Alterra’s individual mountain destinations to understand their needs and work with them to submit tasks outlining those needs.
- Timeline Managment: Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and communicated across teams. Monitor project milestones and request adjustment resources as needed to meet milestones
- Tool and Process: Utilize tools like Coda and Jira to track task progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication between teams. Use a working knowledge of Figma, Sitecore, and Sanity to support task processes.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration between various teams to ensure cohesive project milestone delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing digital tasks, including design, UX, content, and development teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Coda (or similar) and Jira; working knowledge of Figma and CMSs.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of delivering individual tasks on time. Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective relationships with internal team members and other stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to solve complex problems and recommend solutions effectively.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in computer science, marketing, or psychology preferred
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of the Company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Denver area base salary range: $67,000 - $90,000 per year
