About the Position:
Amisfield is currently interviewing for the position of Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant leadership team. As a leader at Amisfield, you will be expected to learn, develop and convey a clear vision for the restaurant's identity and atmosphere. You will develop strategies to achieve these goals, setting the tone for the entire team. Through leading by example, you will set a standard that both your staff and our guests admire.
You will be leading shifts and interacting with customers in order to tell a New Zealand food & beverage story that is unsurpassed and a stunning representation of our country, ensuring the guests of our restaurant receive a dining experience that will excite, challenge, entertain and satisfy.
Desirable Skills and Experience
We are after an experienced hospitality professional who has proven success in a leadership role within a fine dining setting, with a preference for international experience within restaurant’s that hold Three Hats, Michelin or 50 Best accolades.
Your excellent business and people management skills will combine to ensure your success in fostering a collaborative, high performing work environment for our front of house team.
