Collette is seeking an Air Pricing & Contracting Intern. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32 hours per week.

Job Summary:

The Air Pricing & Contracting Intern will be required to conduct analysis supporting the successful pricing and contracting of the air product.  Critical analysis required of pricing models, contracts, forecasting plans and the competitive environment.  Key areas of focus are on the implementation, maintenance, and ROI Analysis of key elements & strategies of the global airline contracting plan.

 Primary Functions:

  • Applies findings from analysis to make pricing and contracting related decisions for the organization
  • Analyzes contracts, pricing models, forecasting plans and the competitive environment to aid in the administration and operational execution of the air product
  • Conducts comparison analysis of each carrier per market segment to facilitate air contracting strategy 
  • Supports Manager of Air Pricing & Contracting in the research and evaluation of potential airline partnership agreements as well as determining the ROI on existing agreements
  • Thoughtfully and professionally works with the Air Operations Team and internal stakeholders to relate, explain, and increase levels of comprehension concerning air contracts 
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets, pivot tables and data analytics that are utilized to aid in decision making on pricing
  • Audits fuel and tax environment for O&D pairs, determines financial impact and implements appropriate action plan
  • Competitive Analysis and special projects – active role as defined and needed by Manager of Air Pricing & Contracting

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr
