Adventure Specialist Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their overlanding needs and provide expert guidance on the best 4x4 vehicles and accessories for their adventures.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and technologies in the overlanding industry. Be an expert on the features and benefits of various 4x4 vehicles and equipment.
• Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of overlanding vehicles and demonstrate how specific accessories enhance the experience.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the rest of our sales team to ensure customers receive accurate information and personalized recommendations tailored to their overlanding goals.

Adventure Specialist Qualifications

• A genuine passion for overlanding, off-road adventures, and 4x4 vehicles.
• Extensive knowledge of overlanding products, accessories, and the off-road industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate customers effectively.
• Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or outdoor industry.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
