We are looking for an individual to join our Front Desk team as an Administrative Assistant, a position designed to offer exceptional service at first point of contact. This team is responsible for setting the first impression for current and future Nat Hab guests and is an important part of their journey. The Nat Hab Front Desk team strives to set a welcoming tone for our guests by being prompt, courteous and professional. The team provides support to the entire company by managing and processing inbound phone calls, emails and other inquiries.


 


This is a full-time office position based in Boulder, CO. Working hours are expected to be 8:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 8:00am – 3:00pm on a rotating basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES


The successful applicant must be able to perform the following duties capably. Additional duties may be added or assigned at any time.



  • Efficiently answer and transfer inbound phone calls to colleagues.



  • Manage inbound email inquiries and distribute messages to the appropriate recipient.

  • Help maintain Nat Hab’s database and enter key guest information as needed.

  • Assist with administrative duties, such as return to sender mailings and business reply cards.

  • Be a team player and work well in a team setting. You will be part of a small team of Front Desk employees working together to provide exceptional service to our guests, colleagues and operators.

  • Other duties as assigned



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Able to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks

  • Guest service experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm

  • Able to adapt to changing and flexible responsibilities in a high-paced and fast-changing environment

  • Able to work individually and as part of a team

  • Must be comfortable and self-sufficient working as a team of one on Saturdays

  • Interpersonal skills that enable working cooperatively with all types of people, including colleagues, guests and operators

  • Proficient/strong in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Database experience is a plus



  • Guest service experience to high-net-worth guests and within the travel industry is a plus.




COMPENSATION


$20-24 USD per hour, plus annual bonus. This is an hourly position with paid OT. Compensation commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, nonexempt position.

WORKING HOURS


Our company hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MT. We also open on Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM for select members of our guest-facing teams. Additional hours may be required to meet your goals as needed.




TRAVEL


For local candidates (within a one-hour drive of the Louisville office), this position requires attendance in the office two to three days per week.


 


Our company also hosts two mandatory all-staff weeks each year: one in April (Springfest) and another in early December (Winterfest). Attendance from all employees is required.
