Pay: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, coding financial transactions, managing vendor relationships, and resolving payment-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has at least one year of experience in accounts payable.

• Process and code invoices accurately in the accounting system.
• Handle AP approvals, postings, and payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Manage vendor applications and approvals, building strong relationships with vendors.
• Research and resolve any accounts payable issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies.

• Experience: Minimum one year of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Intacct, Nexonia, Yooz, or similar accounting programs is preferred.
• Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to utilize its features for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
