Role Overview: Golden Limousine International is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead the orchestration of large-scale group logistics from conception to completion. This pivotal role encompasses the entire spectrum of academic transportation coordination, milestone tracking, reservation management, and timeline development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with high-profile academic clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including travel managers, meeting planners, and procurement departments.
- Manage all aspects of group logistics, from initial timelines to overseeing transportation deadlines.
- Account Growth and Development
- Work across departments to negotiate contracts, assess options, and achieve clients' objectives.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop strategies to acquire new accounts and grow the companyβs client portfolio.
- Strengthen and solidify existing relationships.
- Performance Monitoring

- Collaborate with the VP of Business Development as the lead account manager.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to reservations, venue access, and other concerns.
- Contribute to the organizationβs long-term strategy in partnership with various departments.
- Drive client acquisition through networking and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
- Availability for weekend and evening work, with some travel required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of four yearsβ experience in hospitality, travel, administrative or a related field.
- High energy and initiative, with a drive to lead and motivate.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, and administrative capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry and its operational mechanics.
- Acute analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, meeting planning, and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and website management, with a knack for learning new software quickly.
- Quick problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage client expectations effectively.
