What you will be doing:
Assists in the execution of Sales Strategy & and performs daily execution replenishment support functions of sales and customer needs.
Complete Walmart weekly reporting, fill rates, in stock, OTIF for Beauty, and OXO.
Report out Root Cause ANALYSIS WHEN inventory below set metrics. – and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
Forecast/GRS/ supply plan management.
Pull GRS forecast and supply plan to make sure it matches pos forecast/sales.
Review seasonal flow plans to ensure category and brand seasonality is applied to replenishment forecast for Walmart to order appropriately.
Share the GRS forecast and supply plan with demand planners.
Ensure Walmart’s forecasts are accurate to sales velocities for accurate orders and demand.
Update the Nova tool for MABD changes, PO cancellations, and PO changes. SSO for in-stock gaps that Walmart approves.
Modular Management: New item order inventory flow, Warehouse to WMT DC, EOS management with WMT. Acting in the absence of direction.
Relationship management: Walmart's key contact for replenishment to influence and communicate the above job tasks.
Internal communication and Walmart Data sharing with demand planners to align supply plans with sales.
Order updating process from CSA.
Highly organized with the drive to complete tasks quickly.
Ability to act in the absence of direction. The ability to transform opportunity into action by being creative, proactive, and decisive.
2 years of proven experience in demand planning and supply chain.
Microsoft Office skills: Excel (data analytics)
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Experience in the Walmart tools/systems
