    • Determines operational objectives, gathers information, and evaluates output

    May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training. Works in an Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodology. Key Accountabilities Serves as a liaison between development teams and the internal/external customer or end user for multiple functions within a BU.
