About:
the role Responsible for servicing customers on contractual policy change and disbursement requests; requires knowledge of company products, the ability to interpret policy provisions, and knowledge of administrative procedures; provides back-up support to call center, as needed. Key Accountabilities Responsible for completing semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements.
