Penn State Altoona invites applications for an adjunct position to teach newspaper production and journalism for the 2026 Spring semester. The successful candidate will teach COMM 1, an introductory-level journalism course. The position requires supervising the Collegiate Review, Penn State Altoona’s online campus newspaper.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to high standards in journalism, as well as a desire to challenge students to produce portfolio content that meets rigorous industry standards.
