The Opportunity:
We’re looking for Bike and Trail Camp Managers for our Summer Camps. Here’s how this job plays a role:
- Pedalheads Camp Managers are responsible for managing all activities at their respective camps
- You don’t have to be a bike expert because we provide training for our programs for you to get going in your new role!
What you’d be responsible for:
- Program Management- Ensure that program delivery and safety standards are maintained, and that every participant has a positive and rewarding experience at Pedalheads. This will require lots of hands-on involvement in teaching the kids
- Human Resources/Employee Relations- manage Camp Supervisors, Instructors, and Volunteers, mentoring and motivating your team
- Customer Service- Be willing to go the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Administration- Assist with on-camp registration and processing payments for product sales.

- Central Park: June 8th to July 1st
- Park Hill: July 27th to August 15th
- Highlands: June 1st to August 15th
- Littleton: May 26th to July 25th
- Smoky Hill: May 26th to June 27th
- Parker: May 26th to June 20th & July 13th to July 2nd
- Greenwood Village: May 26th to July 4th
- Highlands Ranch: May 26th to August 8th
- Boulder: May 26th to June 13th
- Longmont: June 15th to July 4th
- Fort Collins: May 26th to June 20th
- Cherry Hills Village: May 26th to June 27th & July 20th to August 8th
WAGE:
- $21.00 - $25.00 /hour
Skills, knowledge and experience
Here are some of the skills/ specifics and experience that are important for this role:
- We are looking for people with experience managing, coaching, or supervising youths ages 13 through 24, preferably in a camp or sport environment.
- Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- They will be dynamic leaders who bring out the best in their teams through mentorship, motivation, and hands-on leadership.
- Hold or willing to get a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate
- Criminal record check required for ages 18+
- You have access to a bike and helmet and are able to ride a bike proficiently.
