The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the hospital's financial operations, budgeting, and decision-making processes.

What you:

will do: conduct in-depth financial analysis, including revenue and expense tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial planning.

Generate and distribute financial reports to senior management, department leaders, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting

• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost containment and efficiency improvements.
• Provide recommendations to reduce expenses while maintaining high-quality patient care.
• Build financial models to support strategic decision-making, such as capital investment analysis and service line Profitability.

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities.
