As a Part Time Ski Lift Operator at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll take charge of the chair lift, ensuring a smooth and safe ride for guests and staff, all while they enjoy the thrill of the slopes.

What will you be doing?

Ensure guest and associate safety by following all safety procedures.

Assist guests boarding the lift safely.

Rotate operators during breaks.

Monitor lift operations to prevent accidents.

Shovel snow and direct parking as needed.

Maintain full knowledge of lift safety procedures.

Support various tasks around the chalet.

What do you bring to the role?

Must be 18+; High School Diploma/GED preferred, no experience required.

Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.

Enjoy working with the public and prioritize safety.

Able to take direction and have mechanical aptitude.

Work in a fast-paced environment, lift 50 lbs, and tolerate extreme weather.

Must speak and understand English.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
