The Brown University Division of Advancement seeks qualified applicants for the position of Development Associate. This position provides advanced administrative support to the Assistant Vice President of Development and the Senior Director of Development, assisting them in building an engaged and supportive community of alumni, parents, and friends at Brown University.
The Development Associate will handle most administrative duties, which include, but are not limited to, coordinating donor meetings, preparing donor briefing materials, managing follow-up actions, and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues, alumni, donors, and campus partners. The role requires exceptional organizational

, attention to detail, strong writing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. The Development Associate will also assist with facilitating team meetings and retreats, processing expenses, budgeting, travel coordination, document preparation, and managing complex calendars.
