    Location: Hybrid - Salt Lake City, UT What Will You Do? Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through inbound channels of communication. Inbound Calls/Web Forms/Chat: Manage a channel across incoming calls, web forms and chat requests from existing or new customers.

    • Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement.
    • Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team.

    Objection Handling: Effectively qualify and route leads or calls to the appropriate sales agent based on the nature of the inquiry or request, overcoming objections to move to the next phase of the sales process. Customer/Rep Engagement: Provide excellent customer

    experience:

    by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Focus on customer
