This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

Responsibilities:
7am - 4pm A Shift - Monday - Friday Evaluate manufacturing schedule and coordinate the availability and controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer
requirements:
- Performs shop order release/closure in MRP System and reconciles parts Provide detailed status of work in progress, material availability, and communicates constraints to schedule Prepare work orders for the production of parts based on master production schedule, shop load and inventory
requirements:
- Coordinate interdepartmental activity with warehouse, inspection, quality, operations, purchasing, engineering, logistics and program.
- Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders Work cross functionally to expedite any material shortages with procurement, receiving, quality, and other production areas Implement material stocking strategy on production lines, monitor, control and maintain proper floor stock Control the proper access and consumption of material in manufacturing – custodian of the cash Monitor the flow/velocity of jobs through the production line and partner with Production to ensure work completes on time to schedule.
- Monitor the velocity of the disposition of MRB and stranded material Enter material transactions in ERP system Prepare reports and note shortages/damage Process Scrap and obsolete inventory from WIP locations as required.
- Prepare for, conduct and assist in reconciliation of cycle counts Knowledge of backflush process.
