    Job Description

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, who are the global leader in access solutions. Every day, we reimagine how people move through a safer, more open world with ease. If you’ve ever walked through an automatic door, stayed in a hotel, or gone through passport control, you’ve probably used one of our products or services. We have operations in over 70 countries, with over 62,000 colleagues around the world.

Our expertise in customer journey mapping, innovation, and service design leads to the invention of new solutions that create value for our clients and exceptional experiences for their end users. And we have the fantastic opportunity available in Key and Asset Management for a Marketing Specialist.

Part of Global Solutions, Key and Asset Management provides solutions that deliver secure, managed access to keys and equipment at the right time and place. Our solutions drive efficiency by removing the need for manual processes and record keeping. Good key and equipment management is fundamental to assure the best customer service, safety, compliance, and workplace productivity.

Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

As a Marketing Specialist for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to become a valuable member of our Sales and Marketing team, making a genuinely positive impact in the lives of our customers. You will get to work on a team that keeps growing, innovating, and giving you room to be proactive, creative and develop unique perspectives on how various products and services interact with one another.

    • Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role is made for someone with an “owner” mindset – not a “renter” mentality. You are driven, passionate, and eager to tackle real-world challenges with innovative tech solutions! You are an outstanding communicator who is fanatical about providing top-notch customer service and understands that marketing has a diverse range of customers, both internal and external. You take the initiative without waiting for direction—because you know that success in marketing means staying one step ahead. Flexibility is your middle name, and you thrive under pressure, understanding that no two days in marketing are ever the same. You take pride in your work, pay attention to the details, and are more than comfortable in an administrative support role, ready to make a lasting impact.

    What you will do…:

    • Create and own the marketing plan while working with graphic designers, social media gurus, PR pros, and content creators to design and roll out dynamic marketing campaigns that make an impact!

Own daily administrative tasks that keep the department running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring smooth coordination and flawless execution. Partner with the digital team to keep the website fresh and exciting by regularly uploading new content that engages and inspires. Own marketing analytics! Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly insights on everything from social media to email campaigns, digital banners, and website performance—data-driven decisions, all the way!

Dive into competitive research to uncover market trends and leverage your findings to supercharge every campaign you touch. Play a key role in managing and elevating the KEYper brand identity and market reputation—your creativity and attention to detail will make a real difference. Be the glue that holds cross-functional teams together, facilitating smooth communication between all project stakeholders.

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration every step of the way.
    • Help manage vendor relationships and ensure they deliver top-notch performance in line with KEYper’s SLAs, keeping things running on point.

Be responsible for managing national tradeshows, overseeing logistics, coordination, and execution to ensure a best-in-class presence and experience.

    • Assist with global business units to market KEYper internationally, supporting initiatives that strengthen our presence and impact across global markets.

    What we expect of you…:

A BS/BA in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) that shows you're ready to bring your knowledge and passion to the table. Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of driving impactful campaigns. A solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing mediums, with a knack for knowing how to engage audiences across diverse channels.

Hands-on experience with top marketing & sales platforms like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mateo, Campaign Monitor, and Adobe Experience Manager—your toolkit is always sharp and ready to go. Expertise in digital marketing tools and tactics, knowing what works and when to use it to maximize reach and engagement.

Deep understanding of marketing automation processes and workflows that keep campaigns running smoothly and efficiently. Play an active role in managing the marketing budget and spend, ensuring every dollar is put to work in the most effective way possible. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications to keep your work organized and impactful.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft content that speaks to a wide range of audiences and drives results. Experience in large-scale project content creation? Even better! Awareness of cutting-edge technical solutions, including hardware, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and professional services, so you can stay ahead of the curve.

Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to attend trade shows, special events, and other exciting opportunities to represent the brand in person.

Ability to reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 20lbs as needed. Ability to sit and/or work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.

What you can expect from us…:
