    POSITION SUMMARY The True West Concierge provides exceptional service to guests by delivering personalized assistance, information, and coordination across all aspects of the Premium

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    in hospitality, guest services, or concierge services Strong knowledge of resort amenities, activities, and services Previous

    in a luxury hospitality or resort environment preferred Familiarity with resort software systems (e.g., RTP, Zingle) preferred Customer service: Excellent interpersonal and communication
