Job Brief:
We are looking for performance-oriented, innovative, and creative Travel Specialists who can put to table new ideas and strategies for meeting the companyβs customer
acquisition and revenue goals.
Your job responsibilities will include marketing and selling the company's packages and services to new clients and upselling to existing clients as well as providing round the clock customer support to align with the company's sales and revenue goals.
Skills Required
1. Communication Skills (English & Hindi - Both Written and Verbal Skills are must)
2. Basic Computer Knowledge
Responsibilities:
1. Work dedicatedly and passionately towards successfully completing the assigned
tasks while focusing on companyβs and personal growth.
2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with
the customers and understanding their needs.
3. Staying up to date with all the new products, packages, and services launches.
4. Working efficiently with the sales and marketing team and pitching International
and Domestic Holiday and Tour Packages to individuals as well as corporate
clients.
5. Dealing with Vendors/Suppliers across the world for the best rates & services for
the travelers.
6. Preparing quotations/itinerary for the travel based on the specific client
requirements.
Requirements
1. Creative, problem solver with the ability and experience to understand customer
requirements.
2. Prior experience as a sales representative/sales executive (especially in the
Travel industry) is a plus.
3. Must be willing to undergo training and skill development workshops, seminars
and conferences.
4. Must have the skills to handle multiple priorities when needed without
compromising delivery & schedule.
5. Good understanding of difference GDS - Amadeus, Galileo etc along with
experience in Hotel Suppliers would be a plus.
6. General knowledge of web/internet technologies.
7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
8. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
9. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
10. Organizational and time-management skills.
