This competition is to fill one (1) permanent, Full-time position, working 75 hours biweekly.

FHC school sits on the traditional territory of the Kwanlin Dunn First Nation and Ta’an Kwachan Council within the wilderness city of Whitehorse, Yukon. FHC is a dual-track English / French Immersion school, grades 8-12 of approximately 775 students, serving a diverse cultural population.


This position provides support to the School Administration, teaching staff and student body to ensure the efficient operation of FH Collins Secondary School. This position is a supervisory role for 3 clerical staff. Duties include vendor contract assistance, tracking information for budgetary and inter-departmental use. This position will utilize the Aspen program to generate report cards and for scheduling. The incumbent will liaison with the Department to manage School Messenger.

Conditions of Employment:



  • RCMP Security Clearance, Vulnerable Sector

  • Standard First Aid (willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
