Cooinda Lodge has a great opportunity for a full time Talent and Culture Manager looking for a unique challenge. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a confident and dynamic leader, who is supportive and thrives on building and fostering human connection.
As Talent & Culture Manager you will:
- Administer the entire Talent & Culture function with a hands on approach
- Manage recruitment to meet the Cooinda Lodge talent needs and analyse turnover and implement strategies to reduce attrition while ensuring efficient staffing across departments during both the wet and dry season.
- Administer training and compliance programs, manage performance reviews and succession planning, and utilise employee feedback for continuous improvement.
- Implement reward and recognition initiatives, such as Heartist Awards and wellbeing programs, to foster a positive culture throughout the Cooinda Lodge and ensure and engaged workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations by acting as a mediator in conflict resolution, addressing grievances, and promoting a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication.
