Summer Camp Counselor | Sedgefield Country Club

Sedgefield Country Club is seeking Summer Camp Counselors to join our team. The Camp Counselor should enjoy working in a team environment, show extraordinary guest service, and working with children.

Responsibilities

• This summer camp position will be held throughout the months of June-August. 
•  Leads & helps run daily summer camps Monday through Friday, 9AM-3PM.
• Helps to set up for camp in the morning, and assists with cleaning up at the end of the camp day.
• Helps run activities for bigger family functions such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July.
• Works closely with the team to run well organized and memorable events for our members.
• Enjoys working with children and can have fun but also understands the importance of rules, policies and procedures.
• Shows patience, energy and passion while working events and camps.
• Enforces the policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current CPR & First Aid Certification or willing to get it

• Ability to effectively respond to feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members

• Previous experience in child/youth setting and/or guest service is preferred.
