The Strategic Account Specialist is responsible to drive revenue and marketshare growth, in a sales support role, of a defined set of strategic online accounts through strategic planning, analysis, and sales and marketing initiatives.

Job Description
- Supports sales, product, and marketing initiatives for long-term growth and development of a defined set of strategic online accounts (Amazon 3P, Zappos, Shoes.com).
- Support 3P retail partners to deliver sustainable growth and maintain a high-quality brand presentation on the Amazon 3P platform
- Strategically align with sales leadership on product segmentation, consumer demand, on-line market-place positioning and distribution. This includes the setup of potential 3rd party sellers online and their segmentation strategy alignment per brand.
- Work with Brand Protection (Legal) group on market-place distribution and iMAP policy enforcement.
- Partners in developing seasonal financial and merchandising plans .
- Works closely with the retailer and sales representative in achieving sales goals through detailed analysis of sell-thru performance
- Works closely with the product team to create customized product for these specific customers.
- Maximize retail marketing (e.g. retail presence, Point of Purchase (P.O.P.), promotional events, collateral pieces, digital assets, etc.) to deliver clear brand message in-store and digitally.
- Works cross-functionally with internal and external teams to gain support for the business.
- Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of retail math and weekly and seasonal product sales analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to prepare executive level presentations.
- Ability to motivate and evaluate employee’s performance.
Working Conditions
Limited travel required.
