We are seeking a Sr. National Sales Manager who will lead the Outdoor National Account Channel.  This individual will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving profitable sales growth, and managing our largest accounts in the Outdoor Channel.
 
You will be responsible for:
  • Setting the strategy and roadmap to grow the business within the Outdoor Channel
  • Achieving sales goals, margin targets, and sell through for the accounts across the category
  • Taking ownership for negotiation of account terms and conditions within brand and category.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Team to develop a Go-To-Market strategy for the channel
  • Developing Channel plan for both existing channels, and future channel opportunities within Outdoor National Accounts
  • Identifying opportunities to improve brand presence in stores and online.
  • Driving sell-through within our Stanley partners
  • Ensuring we are exploring opportunities with the right partners within the Outdoor channel
  • Ensuring accurate and timely forecasting for the channel, and driving collaboration with demand and supply planning teams
  • Delivering results while building cross-functional relationships and being a great teammate. 
  • Working closely with Sales Operations team to build systems and processes to support the channel
About You:

Knowledge & Skills you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience working within the Outdoor and Sporting Goods Channel. 
  • Direct sales experience within the Outdoor channel, and experience working with key accounts.
  • Strong operational and process experience
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on that data
  • Excellent negotiator and relationship builder.
  • Excellent communicator and listener.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
