About this team
The Social Campaigns Manager manages the social strategy and execution of globally led campaigns. This person will work closely with regional and cross-functional teams and agency partners to bring to life some of our most extensive brand campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be fluent across all social channels and have substantial experience working on integrated, global brand campaigns.
A day in the life: what you’ll do
- Outline the overarching social strategy for our global brand campaigns in partnership with global brand, creative, and media teams and then cascade the approach to regional teams
- Facilitating input and feedback from regional teams to ensure their needs are met for the campaign while reviewing regional campaign plans to ensure alignment and consistency globally
- Mapping out the creative deliverables for campaigns as well as shaping the development of hero assets and toolkits for regional partners
- Work with media and digital marketing to deliver an integrated approach to social that maximizes paid platform placements and earned channels.
- Creating reports and measuring the impact of campaigns against objectives as well as identifying learnings to enable us to improve the effectiveness of our work.
- Partner with platforms and external partners to identify new and innovative ways our key campaigns can be launched on social media, integrating best practices, channel needs, and trends.
- Support with the building out of lululemon’s global social function and establishing ways of working with cross-functional partners as part of our global operating model.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of working in social, with a specific focus on integrated brand campaigns.
- Proven experience co-creating strategies that support a brand, product, and consumer objectives.
- Aware of the latest trends and best practices in social, digital marketing, measurement, and technology.
- Relationship-building skills to work with numerous internal/external teams and partners.
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to build innovative social strategies that line up with business and brand goals.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.

Compensation and Benefits Package
For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from $97,800-128,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
