TRU’s Williams Lake campus is located approximately three hours northwest of Kamloops, in the heart of the scenic Cariboo region, on T’exelcemc territory within the unceded traditional lands of the Secwepemc Nation.

The Thompson Rivers University School of Nursing is looking for faculty to teach HEAL 1150 Practice- Heal 3:  Personal Care and Assistance in the HCA Program in Williams Lake Jan 27 to Jan 31, 2025

 

 



Requirements

• Masters required, Masters in progress may be considered
• We welcome applications from candidates with their BScN (or LPN with 5 years experience in Long Term Care, in a nurse/client relationship).  The non-qualified language would apply if successful.
• Undergraduate degree must be in nursing;
• Practicing membership with BCCNM required;
• Teaching experience at the program level preferred; and/or 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Long Term Care, in a nurse/client relationship.
