Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

Located at the corner of University and Mill, Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU amplifies Tempe’s revitalized downtown area and brings some of the largest conference and meeting space to the city. The hotel features 330 guest rooms, four dining outlets, a spacious pool deck, retail, and almost 36,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space along with expansive views of the ASU campus and the Tempe cityscape. Lucero, located on the 16th floor atop the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, is not just a restaurant; it's a destination. Our rooftop bar and restaurant capture the essence of adventure and boldness under the starry Tempe sky. We're looking for experienced servers who are passionate about elevating dining experiences and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Deliver exceptional dining service until 10 PM, followed by vibrant beverage service until 1 AM.
• Be an ambassador of our tapas-style menu featuring culinary delights like crispy branzino and Moroccan lamb empanada.
• Create memorable experiences for guests, offering recommendations and insights into our menu and cocktails.
• Ensure a seamless transition from dining to beverage service, maintaining high service standards throughout.
• Cross train among other food and beverage outlets as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

• Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing service dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
