About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join FareHarbor’s Client Engagement team. The Client Engagement team produces marketing communications aimed at our existing, global client base. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, committed to delivering high-quality work on schedule, and is obsessed with the creative process. We are interested in passionate, driven individuals who take pride in their work and are excited about the activities and tourism industry. 

This role will have the opportunity to shape the global creative direction for social media, email marketing, events, more. Beyond professional design skills, you should be a natural collaborator and conceptual thinker, focused on creative problem-solving and the rewards of delivering a finished product. A collaborative, flexible person who is comfortable in a mentor role who thrives working in a fast-paced environment will be most successful in this role.

What you’ll do here:
  • Manage creative and design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with strategists, stakeholders and channel owners to develop consistent, impactful design deliverables across a wide range of touchpoints, including emails, social media, websites, events, printed signage, printed brochures and more
  • Develop, maintain and implement FareHarbor sub-brands including Compass, Spark, and Meet-ups
  • Generate fresh, out of the box creative concepts that elevate campaign strategy
  • Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics that simplify complicated ideas
  • Present and articulate creative solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders across the client experience organization
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion
  • Ability to work autonomously on a small team
  • A portfolio featuring a wide range of creative work that displays mastery of your craft.
  • Strong working knowledge of visual design, art direction, interaction design and the creative process.
  • An eye for amazing creative work – and a keen understanding of what actually makes it amazing.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and story-telling skills.
  • Up-to-date with emerging communication, media consumption, marketing and cultural trends.
  • **REQUIRED: Online portfolio of professionally produced work that demonstrates creative thinking and firm understanding of design principles — showcases excellent web, mobile and digital interface design for projects for which you served as the lead designer
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in video editing and producing motion graphics
  • In-house, SaaS company design experience

Salary Range: $65,919-$82,399, plus 10% bonus potential
