About the role:


This is a seasonal role that supervises/supports the processing, receiving, and listing of our used rental skis on eBay. This role will work closely with Rental Planning & Inventory Analyst leadership, to process, prep, and list ~4000 to 5000 pairs of skis between May and September.



Essential Functions:



  • Supports the eBay Supervisor with the seasonal ramp of eBay processing and sales prep

  • Coordinate with the stores and/or DC staff on receiving and processing of the rental fleet vs target expectations

  • Oversee and/or support the initial ski sort and subsequent follow-up sort in the DC

  • Sort skis based on a list from rental

  • Stores palletize and ship to CO

  • Tag pallets appropriately

  • Support transfer of skis from receiving warehouse to eBay processing, but in systems and physically

  • Support the staging of skis for eBay processing

  • Support the listing of skis on eBay including

  • Moving skis from staging to photo

  • Taking photos per the eBay style guide

  • Finding copy on the internet

  • Updating data into

  • Loading of the spreadsheet to eBay

  • Troubleshoot

  • Provide weekly reporting on processing progress towards the overall goal for the summer


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Ability to lift and move skis and product

  • Strong familiarity with ski, and snowboard products � brands, makes, models, etc

  • Microsoft Excel

  • A good human

  • Passion for snow

Budgeted range starts at: $18-$21/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
