  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions based on client profiles.
  3. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, discounts, and special promotions.
    • Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to increase brand awareness.
  4. Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
    • Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of travel products and services.
  5. Collaboration with Partners:

    • Establish and nurture partnerships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers.
    • Negotiate and secure favorable terms and discounts for clients.
  6. Sales Analytics:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and sales metrics.
  7. Customer Service:

    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
    • Act as a point of contact for post-sales support and issue resolution.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
