Responsible for direct sales activity and achieving designated revenue and room night goals for the Entertainment, Corporate & Travel Industry Segments. Individual will be held accountable for developing assigned market and maintaining account base while financially growing each account to its maximum revenue potential.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for direct sales activity and achieving designated revenue and room night goals for the Entertainment & Travel Industry segments.
• Ability to prospect on new business for hotel and generate revenue from these efforts.
• Ability to handle all aspects of account development to include, sales presentations, site inspections, entertaining and sales trips.
• Ability to maintain business relationships with accounts by proper management, client recognition, prospecting, and development of contacts.
General Requirements
• 4+ years in a direct sales management role (preferably in luxury travel/hospitality) with demonstrated skillset in direct selling.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Relationship management, diplomacy, and consultative abilities
